Summer OpportunitiesSummer. What a great opportunity for sellers and buyers. July and August are traditionally vacation months. There is less competition for both sellers and buyers.
Over the past 24 years in Real Estate, I find that the summer months are an opportunity for me to meet very motivated sellers and serious buyers.
Take advantage of the historic low interest rates and reasonable prices.

After the Tax Credit.. I have to say, the expiration of the tax credit has affected the activity in my local market. The Good News, Serious buyers and sellers will still take advantage of the low interest rates.
Will buyer be looking for credits in the form of lower prices or seller incentives to make up the difference?
Will sellers be willing to contribute to the buyers expenses now that the Federal tax ...

The Clock is TickingThe clock is ticking for first time home buyers.
The $8,000. tax credit deadline is April 30th to have a contract in place and close by June 30th.
I would recommend my buyers to have a contract in place before the rush of April 30th.
Closings can take up to 90 days depending on the sellers ability to move quickly.

Verona ParkHaving lived in Verona for 30 years, I always enjoy Spring in Verona Park. The Park is a great place to spend a day off. There are many things to enjoy at the park. Verona has many fine Restaurants and Diners for lunch and dinner.
